We provide the standard GB / T6409.2-1996 resin bonding agent superhard material grinding wheel, diameter range:20 ~ 700mm, grinding wheel thickness: 5 ~ 300mm, abrasive grain size: 60/70 ~ W3.5. and according to user requirements design and manufacture of non-standard abrasive.

 

Advantages of Diamond Bruting Wheels

1. Grinding efficiency, while grinding wheel consumption is relatively slow;

2. Self-sharpening is good, the grinding heat is small, not easy to block, reducing the phenomenon of work burn when grinding;

3. Wheel has a certain elasticity, is conducive to improving the surface roughness of the workpiece, mainly used for fine grinding, semi-fine grinding, knife grinding, polishing and other processes;

4. Diamond resin wheel is low temperature curing, short production cycle, equipment and supply process is relatively simple; due to the resin with mobility, easy to shape the surface of the grinding wheel.
