Working principle:
the Saturated compressed air enters in air to air heat exchanger(Pre-cooler),here the incoming hot air is cooled by the outgoing cold air.this is basically an energy saving heat exchanger,it can reduce the load on the refrigeration system. the pre-cooled incoming air enters in the evaporator further reducing the air temperature to specified dew point 2-10℃.The air leaving this evaporator is directly into the gas water separator,and the water vapor condensate into liquid droplets removed automatically by automatic drain valve,the hot gas bypass maintains the constant load to refrigeration system,thereby obtaining clean and dry compressed air.
