Working Process:

this wire drawing machine is horizontal structure, driven by a main motor through the chain transmission to the roller. Tin wire passes across pay-off stand into the drawing room, stretching through the roller and wire drawing die. Wire drawing of cooling way is to use spraying and half soaking. And then go through the speed wheel and traction wheel, and finally go into the receiving spool. Drawing roller adopts single horizontal alignment.
