Technical characteristics

Two kinds of structure: gear type and spiral vane type;

the use of spiral blade + tooth scraper structure, can be replaced individually, using shear, splitting crushing principle reduces the crushing teeth and the material contact area; during spiral arrangement of the blade, crushing roll engagement process, forcing materials are put into the crushing chamber to prevent the accumulation of material for a long time fixed point, effective biting into large pieces of material;

the crushing rollers are arranged alternately and mutually on the two relative rotating crushing rollers. the self-cleaning, non-sticking crushing scraper and double roller can overcome the shortcomings of the equipment failure due to the slime bonding.

Unique string crushing device, effectively guarantees discharging speed of the products;

with mixing, blending and crushing functions, slime and raw coal can be crushed and blended, with uniform blending, small size;

Split box structure and advanced sealing system makes the effective separation of bearing position and the crushing chamber to achieve the process of material damage to the bearing seals zero damage to ensure that the crusher operating in harsh environments, will not be damaged by entrance of dust, water, oil and others into bearing cavity.

 

Scope of application

Mainly used for breaking wet slime, slime cake and other materials.
