2. Usage:
Mainly used in pharmaceutical industry such as the manufacture of vitamin A1, vitamin B, B1, B1, B12 sulfame-thoxypyridazine, sulfadiazine, trimethoprim and so on, as well as in biodiesel and pesticide industry. It also can be used as the edible catalyst and the analytical reagent.

Colorless or slight yellow vicidity liquid. Easily be hydrolyzed to methanol and sodium hydroxide at the presence of moisture or water. Decomposes in air above 126 °C. Soluble in methanol and ethanol. Insoluble in benzene and toluene.
