Work Principle

this machine consists of rotor, feeding rollers, rack, Discharge screen and power system.  by the driving of the main motor through the belts, the hammers whirl at a high Speed, hammering and cutting the rubber sheet which is sent in between the Hammers and feeding rollers. the rubber sheet turns into rubber granule and Falls through a screen from the bottom of the machine.

 

Function

It is a kind of special equipment used in the process of rubber granules from natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and Compound rubber. The size of the granules is adjustable.
