1.Brief Introduction:

Pneumatic separate weighing batching machine has PLD1600, PLD2400, PLD3200, PLD4800, etc models. the hopper volume can be customized by user demands.

Pneumatic separate weighing batching machine is composed of storage hopper, weighing hopper, level conveying belt. Each storage hopper has one weighing hopper.  Aggregates are discharged from storage hopper into weighing hopper by air cylinder and are discharged again to level conveying belt via discharge door controlled by air cylinder after weighing. In discharging process of weighing hopper, it can deduct and replenish aggregates to achieve more accurate weighing.

Pneumatic separate weighing batching machine is with best stability and weighing accuracy in common batching machines, so the concrete batching plants with high demands on weighing accuracy all use this kind of batching machine.
