3. Performance features:

Weighing system uses two modes of rough weighing and accurate weighing. Firstly weigh 95% of total weight by rough weighing and secondly weigh 100% by accurate weighing. Compared with common weighing, it is with higher weighing accuracy and small error.

 

Adopt pre-mixing technology to mix all materials in advance to save 10% mixing time and improve production efficiency.

 

Feeding belt machine is with head sweeper to keep clean and extend service life.

 

Feeding belt adopts suspension type reducer for easy maintenance.

 

Totally enclosed and with air condition which greatly enhance the comfort of operator, reduce the labor intensity of operators.

 

PC+PLC control system ensures the high reliability. Human-based intelligent control facilitates the operation greatly, can meet the requirement of every high performance concrete.
