Highway Guardrail Curve Bending Machine 

    at the end of the guardrail,we will bend the guardrail for safety and aesthetics. 

Curve bending machine are consists of bending rollers,press motor and  hydraulic 

System. the arc bending machine are consists of bending rollers, press motor, 

Hydraulic system and electric control system.

    Bending rollers material GCr15 was forged and quenched hardness HRC58-62, 

Which is long life; Roller processing was CNC lathe processed, Surface polished 

and hard chrome coated 0.05mm. Machine base frame was welded by steel plate. 

the press force are supplied by hydraulic. the rolling speed can be adjusted by 

VFD. Electrical control cabinet was fixed beside the machine body.
