Product Application
Yellow Dextrin Powder Used in the foundry as a binder for cores, the yellow dextrin offered by us helps in increasing dry strength. this product also find its application as a binder for mould and core washes. A partially hydrolyzed starch, its is made by dry roasting in the presence of a catalyst. Soluble in cold water, this product is highly converted of the treated starches. these yellow dextrin has low viscosity and the solution is very sticky.
Advantages
1.Yellow Dextrins are the most highly converted of the treated starches and are essentially completely soluble in cold water
2.Have low viscosity 3.the solution of yellow dextrin are very sticky or tacky and are fast drying Typical Analysis Description Yellow powder Particle Size to Pass 85 Mesh (BS) Moisture Content Percent by Weight, Max 8% Cold Water Solubles, Percent by Weight 85 to 90% Free Acidity Maximum (Ml of 0.1 NaOH for 100 Gms.): 80 80% Ash Content, Percent by Weight, Maximum 1% Reducing Sugar As Dextrose Percent by Weight Maximum 5% Dextrin Minimum 85% for United Udyog Ishaan Periwal
