1) PU D. I. P Double density Shoe mould is made of aluminium, it is composed by following parts,

--- One pair of aluminium bottom mould

--- One pair of Aluminium side ring mould

--- One pair of First denstiy cover mould

--- Two pairs of Aluminium Lasts

 

PU D. I. P Shoe mould can be two parts-mould or three parts- mould depend on the sole samples.

 

2) PU D. I. P Shoe Mould is used on the Italy PU rotary moulding machine, such as Gusbi, BMG and Maingroup.
the struct of the mould is according to the sole moulding machine, the size usually is 380mm*360mm*170mm.

Delivery

We test all the moulds before deliver them in order to guarantee good-quality of the mould. We won't send the moulds to the customer before their checking and confirming the sample soles/shoes.

 

Service We Provide for free 
We provide services such as drawing design sketch according to customers request, making 2D and 3D drawing, testing moulds, and making upper samples. If you need shoe machinery, shoe accessories and sole materials, we can find them for you for free.
