Three,Working principle

Driving type: Motor---Cycloid reducer----Chain Sprocket ---overturning arm---Chain support workpiece.

  When the workpiece need to flip, arm may down and the workpiece was put in the chain. Four separate system components as a whole, so that the workpiece rise, fall, flip and chain reset.

   the ends of each chain is provided with a weight-average,may prevent the chain not to slide out the sprochet.

the equipment consists of:Two bases, four columns, four arm, four cycloid reducer.Hammer device, electrical system and other components,

Working steps:

1,the chain down the transportRoller

2,Move the H-beam or Box-column on the chain.

3,both side chainsSimultaneously up,May lift up the beam.

4,Down one side chain and up another one side chain. The beam may overturn 180°

5,both side chainsSimultaneously down,May down the beam on the transport roller.
