Machine Workinh Steps:

    this type sandwich panel consists of these steps:

     1)  Produce a Trapezoidal panel by wall clad roll forming machine.

     2)  Paint  glue on the panel 's surface.

     3)  Cover the Foam board on the painted panel.

     4)  Press the foam board and make them Stick together.

     5)  Stick another panel with foam board

5. Cutter: cutting machine can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the

Saw , band saw has a tension device, set the plate cutting machine clamping 

Device (pneumatic), vertical cutting machine, lateral movement with limit 

Device, the machine uses φ255 alloy saw blade, cutting speed 1230 rev/min.
