Features

1, Controlled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.

2, Adjustable blade moving speed: 300mm/s or 500mm/s. as per customers' need, certain speed can be set.

3, Upper blade can be adjustable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut.

4, Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.

5, as per your PCB length, we have different models for you. so any length PCB is available.

6. Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm, V-groove thickness:0-2mm

7. Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.

8. the blades are sharp and endurable. and they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.

9. Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints

Working principle

Fix the v-cut of the PCB on the lower blade, and the upper circular blade moves to cut the PCB. Clear cut, no damage to PCB.
