this machine is suitable for welding and embossing for thick leather and large embossing product. these products require longer welding and cooling time; the operator can save time by preparing materials at one station while the other station starts its welding process. this design enable single operator to operate on both stations which will be more efficient than the T type machine (2 operator needed.)
the output power this machine is 5KW, 8kw, 10kw, 12kw. If the application is printed product, you can lower the mould by using the foot paddle then align it manually. It is more efficient than the sliding table type machine with the same output power, also more economical; highly suitable for sport shoes industries.
