Q1 Series Efficient Semi-Automatic Creasing Die Cutting Machine

Main configuration:
1.the design concept is focus on enhancing machine efficiency rate to about 100% by adding non-stop feeding and non-stop delivery device on base of MY1300E machine
2.Speed: the machine adopts frequency controller to achieve step-less speed acceleration which can reach to 4500 times per hour.
3.Safety: the machine adopts rear part paper feeding method which keeps the operator away from the die-cutting part. Th mounting and adjustment of the die plate is also done outside of the die cutting part with detectors at die cutting part to ensure that the machine can not be started when the die-cutting plate is at adjustment atatus.
4.Operation convenience: There is man-machine interface installed in the control panel which will shows the safety status of the machine as well as malfunctions to facilitate the operator. Camera is also installed in front of the operator for him/her to monitor the operation status at the delivery part.
5.Four main big parts: They are referring to: Bottom station, moving platform, upper platform and machine wall. The bottom station is made of gray cast iron --HT 200; The moving platform is ductile iron--QT42-10.
