Currently Hushuo make all kinds of pressureless sintering silicon carbide sealing, for example, seals of DIN24960 standard and O-Ring series. We also accept orders according to customers requirements, such as long-tube、slip casting parts and nozzle etc. Sales income is 1,000,000RMB in 2004, 85% of our products are exported to Europe, North America and Taiwan. For example, Huashuo supplies yarn guides to Belgium Barce Company and SiC seals to J&J Industry Supply Company. Pressing & shaping department has two automatic dry pressing machines, one isostatic pressing machine, manual pressing machine, lathes and milling machines. The maximum diameter of the parts we can produce is 330mm. Sintering department has 4 furnaces altogether. Finishing department has 2 cylindrical grinding machines, 3 internal grinding machines, universal grinding machine, chamfer machines, lapping machine, and we can produce 20 tons SiC powder per year.
