TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

I.Applicable

    Compared with common cold feed rubber extruder, XJD-150 new type pin barrel cold feed rubber extruder has the feature of high production capacity, low rubber raw material temperature, low energy consumption, good mixing effect, even plasticizing. Use one screw can extrude evenly, stably. the machine is widely used in rubber hose, tIre tread, rubber strip, extruding. Also can be used to supply rubber for small size calender.

2.1.1 Power supply: ～380VAC/50Hz, 3phase

2.1.2 Cooling water: 0.2-0.4MPa, temperature is condition temperature

2.1.3 Temperature control unit cooling water: 0.2-0.4MPa, temperature is condition temperature

2.2 Condition temperature: 10-40℃

2.3 Work shift: three shift continues producing(7days/week)

2.4 Relative humidity: 5-95%, no condensation

2.5 Raw material performance requirements 

  2.5.1 Rubber hardness: ≤Shore A90

  2.5.2 Mooney viscometer: ML1+4(100℃) Max.100

  2.5.3 Burn time of rubber compound: >15min
