Continuous roasting machine is mainly composed of conveyor system and roasting furnace.  the conveyor system consists of conveyor belts made of steel chain plates, which carry nut materials pass through the roasting furnace, to make the production more efficiently. 

Features:

the heating type can be electric heating, steam heating or hot air heating.

It has independent PID temperature controlling for each section, the furnace temperature is uniform. Conveyor speed can be adjusted freely, the operation is smooth, production is continous and high efficient.

Advantages:

1.the chain plate conveyor moving back and forth inside the roasting chamber, make the heating more even and thorough.

2.When roasting, the water vapor flow out from the wet vent hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying or roasting. 

3.Roasting time is 20 to 30 minutes commonly, and the time can be adjusted according to different materials.

4.the chain conveyor is made of heat resistant steel material, and the roasting chamber is also made of high temperature resistant material.
