Our factory is equipped with advanced button moulds. All our button embryos are made of materials of middle and high grade. We provide fabric covered buttons with comprehensive types as following:

A: Basic semicircular button. the size is 10L-100L (6.5mm-65mm). the buttons can be made with white plastic base, black plastic base, antimony base (brass or iron), iron wire base, etc.

B: Eyelet button. It has several types and styles, including two-hole eyelet, four-hole eyelet, eyelet of nickle free with aluminum base or plastic base, eyelet with gold and silver edge, etc. the size is around 14L-50L.

C: Fabric covered belt buckles. There are comprehensive types of buckles according to their shape and styles, including basic buckle, D Ring, round shape buckle, elliptical buckle, square buckle, gourd shape buckle, arrow shape buckle, plum blossom buckle, ladder shape button, arched buckle, etc

D: Square fabric covered button with aluminum deck with iron base. We also have moulds for buttons with other kinds of base.

E: Elliptical fabric covered button. It can be made to aluminum deck with white or black plastic base, aluminum deck with iron wire base, aluminum deck with aluminum base. 

F: Fabric covered buttons with spherical surface (bubble button) or flat surface. It can be made with aluminum deck and white plastic base, aluminum deck with aluminum base, or aluminum deck with flat iron base.

G: Button with layer. There are different kinds like round shape button with layer, ladder shape button with layer, elliptical button with layer, etc.

H: Four parts fabric snap fastener with 15mm button surface.

I: Fabric covered snap fastener and press button. the manual-sewing snap button is made of imported brass material with 7mm-30mm surface.

J: Buttons of other types: separated hollow button with no hook, badge button, special shaped button.

K: Fabric covered rivet. Fabric cover button with two hooks.

L: Fabric covered button embryo: basic embryo with plastic base (10L-100L), button embryo with iron wire base (14L-90L), round shape button embryo with antimony base or straight hook, bubble button embryo, flat button embryo, eyelet button embryo, basic fabric covered buckle embryo, D ring embryo, round shape button embryo, etc.

M: Cover button machine: NO66 professional imported manual press button cover machine. It is equipped with counter machine and can work together with all kinds of fabric covered button or buckle moulds. It is simple to operate.

N: Fabric cutting machine, Fabric slitting mould.

O: Fabric covered button moulds. We have imported stainless steel moulds, and we're equipped with various kinds of moulds for various types of button like flat button, bubble button, eyelet button, button with layer.
