Lubricant processing ACR has been added into PVC product in order to increase equipment working time, lower frictional heat quantity, make it hard to stick and improve dynamic thermal stability. Thus the amout of other external lubricant could be reduced as well as the machine surface precipitation and migration.

this product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and its expiration is one year.Then after performance testing, if no change, it is also useful.

 

Recommeng Dosage:

 in PVC foaming plates:1-3 dose per 100dose

in PVC sheets:1-2 dose per 100 dose

in M-Water Supply Pipe:1-2 dose per 100 dose

in PVC section:1-2dose per 100 dose
