Technical process
All Titanium bolts are made to exacting standards using the following procedures and specifications:
1,the Head is forged and then CNC machined.
2,the threads are rolled onto the bolt shaft to reduce stress raising areas caused by machined threads used on some bolts.
3,the finished part is shot peened and polished to give an attractive high quality finish.
4,Compliant with relevant standards, Deutsches Institut Fur Normung (DIN) with regard to shaft dimensions, thread and tolerances (note that the head height is reduced compared to a DIN standard bolt).
