Using method

1.    Using appropriate solvent or detergent cleaned Mold thoroughly, to remove the previous releasing agent and other pollutants, Wiped with dry cloth. Then wiped with chlorinated solvents or petroleum ether and dry with air;

2.    Using the traditional spraying equipment, Distance die-face 10-50 cm / 4-20 "spraying;

3.    Spray uniform film three times under normal Temperature;

4.    Coating a layer of uniform film again after Perfusion demolding;

5.    the mold releasing agent can be diluted.

Notes

1.    Should be stored in a dry ventilated place under 13℃-38. Sealed containers must be sealed to Prevent evaporation, keep away from the fire;

2.    Service time: one year
