 this machine has a very simple structure,it is driven by a servo motor with a reduction box,the servo realizes a discontinuous motion,and the reduction box is used for enhance the torque.Servo motor making the plate rotating,while other motion is finished by cylinders.As servo motor is easily controlled by actuator,and cylinder is easy to adjust,it is more convenient to debug the machine.All electrical components and pneumatic components are imported from high-quality company like Panasonic, Airtac, Schneider, Omron and etc. The rack,charging barrel and parts that directly contacting the material is made of stainless steel 304,and doors are made of organic glass, making it more healthy and safe.The molds that support cups is made of anodized aluminum,which resists acid, base and deformation.The machine equips with a 10.2 inch PLC touch screen,operators can debug the machine in the screen,making it more intuitive and real-time monitoring.The machine will stop when someone opening the door to protect operator,the professional can turn it off in touch screen.There are many photoelectric sensors that giving feedback to alarm and removing the waste.

3.Performance features:
this machine is an automatic filling and sealing machine with cup dropping,filing,sealing,discharging and unqualified product removing:
1.the machine could suit for several kinds of containers only taking few minutes changing the molds and sealing head.
2.Original designed cup magazine,using four poles to fasten cups. Automatically loading cups(filters) by equal turn wheels,which is more stable and faster than pull and plug system.

3.the machine is equipped with numbers of photoelectric sensors to ensure the pass rate.
4.the machine is equipped with an accuracy auger filling module driven by servo motor imported from Japan.as servo motor could rotate any angle we want,while stepper motor only rotates certain angle and common motor rotates 360°, this machine has a high filling accuracy and the volume is adjustable,the deviation can be less than 1%.There is a stirring device driven by electric motor in the charging barrel, making material flowing better.


5.There is a rim-cleaning module,using vacuum to clean the rim of each cup to eliminate any chance that coffee or some other foreign object might compromise a tight seal.
6.Our heat sealing module is original designed with rectify function, which guarantees that it only press in the cup rather than mold. and the sealing head is controlled by cylinder,which exerts pressure more evenly,seals more perfectly and is simpler to adjust compare with that controlled by spring.

7.the qualified product will be discharged by vacuum chunk to a conveyor,so the discharging is more stable and the conveyor is removable.the machine is equipped with an unqualified products removing module, the unqualified products won't be discharged, on the contrary, they will be blew to the waste bin and wait to be recycled.
