Softener S-955

1. Description & Advantage:

Softener S-955 is esterquat based softener agent with hydrophilic property, suitable for all kinds of fiber softening especially for cotton towel & denim, provide the textile excellent soft/ smooth/ bulky handfeel. S-955 is environmental friendly product with good biodegradability, formaldehyde free & APEO free.

L Good hydrophilic property (5-10sec),

L Non-yellowing, provide the textile good whiteness & brilliance

L Good anti-static property, good washing off property

L Excellent compatibility, could be mixed used with other textile auxi. 

L Could be used during exhaust dyeing, No pollute on the dye machine

L Can be shade topping without stripping

pH:	6±0.5 (1% soln)
Solubility:	Easy soluble in water
Phenolic yellowing resistance	4 (after 20times washing)
Solid content	86±2%

3. Application:

Exhaust process:
Softener S-955:	0.3-1% OWF (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Processing:	40-50℃ x 20-30min
Padding process: (build up 60-80%)
Softener S-955:	5-10g/l (According to the textile type & handfeel)
Drying:	100-120℃
Setting:	150℃-190℃ x 0.5-3min

 

4. Package & Storage:

L Package: 120kg/Drum

L Storage: keep in dark, dry, ventilating place and store temp. Is 0 - 40℃

L Shelf life: 12 months
