Function: it applies the single rubber roller and stainless steel roller to cover the liquid putty paint on board circularly which without any waste and environmentally friendly. Then it uses the heavy stainless steel roller to press the putty into the pores in board closed and evenly, this process will make a much better adhesion for the primer later.
