this product is Applicable to all kinds of medium and  low carbon steel phospahting treatment,black Color film, high wear resistance and, strong corrosion resistance, low sediment , saving energy.

2. Use method

2.1.  Prepared Tank solution(1000KG):

     Add 50% tapping water, then add IC-2002 Phosphating solution 167KG, stir evenly,  Then supply tapping water to 1000KG.

      When you use it, heat it to 60-70 degree C.
 

 

2.2.  Tank solution management

Total acidity	40-60 point
Free acidity	4-7 point
Phosphating temperature	60-70 degree C (65 is best)
Phosphating time	10-15 min.

 

in 1000Kg tank Solution, supply 4KG IC-2002, Total acidity increase 1 point, Free acidity Increase 0.1 point.

 

Total acidity: Take 10 ml solution to 150 ml triangle bottle, add 3~4 drops of Phenolphthalein Indicator, Titrate with 0.1 M NaOH from colorless to pink, the NaOH volume Consumed is total acidity point.

 

Free acidity:Take 10 ml solution to 150ml the triangle bottle, add 3~4 drops of bromine phenol Blue indicator, Titrate with a 0.1 M NaOH from yellow to light blue, the NaOH Volume  consumed is Free acidity point.

4. Package and storage

Package: 200kg/barrel, 30KG/ barrel

  Storage: Indoor normal temperature one years.
