 Pump Overview                                                                     

  1.  ZL series pump are single-stage,vertical axial flow pump,with the liquid flowing in axial direction.the

       pumps are used to tranfer clean water or other liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to

       those of water.

  2. the highest temperature of the transferred liquid can be 50. the ZL pumps have large capacity and low

      head, which is widely used in agriculture irrigation, civil water supply and drainage,  water circulation in

      industrial power station, dock water level control and other conservancy projects.

  ZL series plastic axial flow pump use engineering plastic material for its pump body,main spare

  parts choosestainless steel, anti-corrosion aluminium alloy, have the characteristic of big flow rate,

  energy saving,orrosion-resistant, low head, long working life, safe and light, easy to use,flexible

  when moving.

 1.Large flow rate: Widely used in aquaculture industry, irrigation and water conservancy, Salt

     brine extraction, industrial discharge, and other irrigation and drainage which need large flow rate. 

 2.High efficiency and energy saving: if we draw the same volume water,the ZLseries axial flow pump

     Can save around 10% power than common water pump. 

 3.Anti-corrosion:  FRP is a good corrosion-resistant material, have a good anti-corrosion ability

    Towards air,water and general acid, alkali, salt, and many types of oil and solvent.

 4.Light and high strength: the relative density of pump body is between 1.5-2.0,only 1/4-1/5 compared

    with Carbon Steel, but tensile strength is close with it,or even better. Its strength (or called intensity)can

    compare with high-grade alloy steel.
