Sintered mesh with perforated metal plate is composed of standard perforated plate(stainless steel 304, 316L) and several layers square core mesh, the layer and mesh can be determined according to the different condition and usage.

Perforated sintered mesh is sintered by perforated metal plate and multi-layer wire meshes, it has excellent performance of pressure resistance and high mechanical strength because of the significant support of perforated metal plate. It is mainly used in food, beverage, water, electricity, pharmaceutical and film industries and can be processed in different shapes of cartridge, disc and plain sheet. Thickness and structure are available to be customized on request.
