Pharmaceutical action

Ivermectin is a GABA anti-knot agent. It can block the signal of transmission of parasite inter-neurons to the exciting motoneurons and interdicts neurotransmitter of parasite to make the parasite paralyze to death. Closantel sodium can uncouple oxidative phosphorylation by intensifying osmosis of parasite mitochondrion and kill the parasites.

this product is effective on killing endo-and exo-parasitic. Its lustrating rate gets to more than 90% to most Gastrointestinal Nematodes, such as Haemonchus, Bunostomum trigonoce phalum and radiatum. It is also active against cattle and sheep fascioliasis, Haemonchus contortus and some arthropod, such as musca maggot (hypoderma bovis, Hypodermin and Oestrus ovis), acarid (Sarcoptes bovis, Psoroptes ovis) and louse (bovine palate louse, Haematopinidae eurysternus, sheep palate louse) etc.

Indication

this product is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent used against several species and developmental stages of trematodes, nematodes and acarid. It is mainly used against endoparasite of swine, bovine and ovine, such as Gastrointestinal Nematodes, Haemonchus and exo-parasitic acarid, tick, louse, hypoderma bovis, Hypodermin and swine acarid etc.

Dosage and administration

Subcutaneous injection, single Dose, for cattle and sheep: 0.04ml per 1kg body weight; Pig: 0.06ml per 1kg body weight.

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, single dose, for cattle: 0.05~0.1ml per 1kg body weight; for sheep: 0.1~0.2ml per 1kg body weight.

Notice

this product can only be injected by subcutaneous injection, not injected by intramuscular injection and intravenous injection. the packages including the drug should not pollute the water.

Adverse reaction

this product can lead to local stimulation and pain of injection part. Don't inject more than 10ml at each injection point.

WithdrawaL Period

Cattle and sheep: 35 days, swine: 28days. It can not be used at lactation period.
