1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are direct factory.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? how can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, China. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! You can fly to Yantai Airport or Qingdao Airport and then we will pick you up from airport to our factory. It takes 2.5hr from Qingdao airport and 1hr from Yantai airport.

3. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem. We also can help you with your own brand package designs.

4. Q: how can I get some samples?
A: 1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2, Regarding the courier cost: You can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

5. Q: how does your factory do regarding quality control?
