Thrust self-aligning roller bearing's roller is adjustable heart-shaped,seat ring raceway suface is also adjustable heart-shaped.Therefore,it has self-aligning capability.According to the diameter series,it allows the high-level heart at the angle of 1~3.
the more load increase,the less aligning angle.this type of bearing is separable bearing.It can bear great axial load and radial load.but the radial load shoud be less than 55% of axial load.As with self-aligning capability,the bearing does not affected by mounting error and shaft deflection effect.
in order to prevent the bearing in running,roller and roller raceway under the effect of the centrifugal force generated relative slip,cause the shaft and the seat ring separation,so we have to give a certain axial load for the bearing.
