Instruction for Compound Ketoconazole Hair Lotion
Compositions: the product is compound lotion. It contains 15mg of ketoconazole and 0.25 mg of clobetasol propionate in each gram of the lotion. Accessories: Glycerin, Polysorbate -80, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium metabisulphite, hydroxyl ethyl benzene, Lauramidopropyl Betaine, folic acid, sodium chloride, orchid essence.
Characteristics: the product is viscous liquid with pink or tangerine color.

Directions: It is used for treatment and prevention many kinds of infections caused by fungus such as dandruff, Seborrheic dermatitis and tinea versicolor. It can relieve the desquamation and itching caused by dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.
Usage and Administration: Only for external application. Smear 5 ml lotion on affected parts or wet hairs. Massage the hair and scalp slightly to make sure the lotion work on the scalp directly and completely. after 2-5 minutes, wash the hair with clean water. for seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff sufferers, they should use 2 times each week and continue to use for 2-4 weeks; 1 time each week or each two weeks for consolidate treatment; for tinea versicolor sufferers, 1 time per day and continue to use for 5 days.
Adverse Reaction: allergic reaction, partial skin burning and itching reactions and hair dried and color change may occurred occasionally
Contraindications:
1. People who with viral infection such as herpes, chicken pox etc are prohibited to use.
2. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited to use.
Cautious:
1. Keep the lotion from touching eyes and mucosa of nose and mouth etc.
2. Stop using the product immediately if burning feeling and swollen in administrated part. and wash the lotion on the skin; consult doctors if it is possible.
3. Consult the doctors if it is need to keep using for 4 weeks.
4. Hair care products can be used if hairs are dry after using the lotion.
5. the babies and children should use the product with caution.
6. People who allergic to this production are prohibited to use. People who have allergic skin should use the product with caution.

Pharmacological effects: Ketoconazole is broad spectrum antifungal drug; it has effective functions of antibacterial and sterilization.
