Red phosphorus is an excellent Halogen-free flame retardant. but because of its flammable, moisture absorption, and poor compatibility with polymer, its application is restricted. So it`s microcapsules (also named as coated) is necessary. for further improve the safety, we use the Coated red phosphorus as flame retardant, suitable polymer as matrix resin to Make efficient red phosphorus masterbatch, and widely used in PE, PP, PA, PS, ABS, PC/ABS etc.

2. in some FR system, you can add ATH/MDH or zinc borate as FR synergist.

3. Dry again after long-term storage.
