MAin stRucture:

this machine includes the following main parts, as shown in Figure 1.

(1) Base: connecting and supporting the parts of the mill thus make the machine complete.Crushed material shall be absorbed by the wind suction from the side of the base.

(2) the rotor: it is composed of the main shaft, hammer frame plate, pin shaft, hammer piece, bearing and other parts, which is the mill main moving parts of the hammer mill. The speed of rotor is higher,after assembly,it is experienced with dynamic balance test,with  the axis and the case of the hammer uninstalled.
(3) the 65 type machine has an independent air blower, it's suction duct is connected with the main engine.

(4) the upper shell: the bar shape board on the shell is connected with the base. Rotor is installed in the crushing chamber where the material is crushed.

WoRking ProcEdures:

through feeding inlet on the shell, the material to be crushed enters into the crushing chamber, then it is crushed gradually under the crushing of the rapidly rotating hammer and the friction of the sieve plate,then from the discharge port on the base machine,the material would be released through the sieve hole under the function of the centrifugal force and air flow.
