IV.Working conditions

1> the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed the rated value±10% and the fluctuation range of the frequency should not exceed 2% of the rated value.

2>Test machine should be installed horizontally and the installed base should be smoothly. the horizontal error for the host workbench aspect direction should not exceed 0.2/1000.

3>Room temperature 10oC-35oC.

4>the environment no vibration, no strong magnetic interference and non-corrosive media.

5>Relative humidity less than 80%.

V. Structural characteristics and working principle

1> Loading mode

this machine is a dynamic closed-loop configuration, and load mode adopts rod hanging weights mode.

the loading lever is hung on the load sheave clutch. by hanging weights plus through fastening loaded clutch nut and make the  two sheave tighten which installed on the loaded clutch. Then remove the weights and the loading lever and you can readout the torque on the clutch torque measurement.
