High Speed Bearing QJ304 Four Point Angular Contact Ball Bearings

QJ four point angular contact ball bearing is a kind of bidirectional single row angular contact ball bearing. as a result of the special design the groove in the inner and outer ring,it has two contact points with 35 or 45 contact angle between every groove and ball,and so the products can bear bidirectional axial load. It has  high limited speed and is siutable for the high-speed operation.It allow the bearing to load a number of balls due to its combined inner ring with double half rings,thus giving a higher load bearing capacity.

 

Angular contact ball bearings are able to support radial load and axial load. as single row angular contact ball bearings can only support axial load in single direction, it often adopts mounting in pair. as matched pairs of bearings, preload for them is more convenient. Retainer are made of brass, synthetic resins or others subject to individual bearing feature and application conditions.

 

Angular contact ball bearings are particularly suitable for carrying combined (axial and radial) loads. Sometimes, they also can carry pure axial load and operate in higher speed. under radial load, axial component force will be produced which must be counteracted. So the bearings are normally adjust against a second bearing.
