SANFJ-C High Speed Automatic Edge Embossing Rewinding machine adopts the advanced PLC programmable technology, frequency control,electronic braking and touch type multi-screen HMI. All the shafts on the rewinder are mounted on two wall panels with timing belt driven, enabling a stable running. An independently developed long-distance communication service system is equipped to monitor the running of the machine. the newly developed coreless rewinding system with PLC wind-pipe shaping technology is also equipped to the production without cores or stainless steel pipe.

1.Automatic core loading and replacing. the logs are automatically pushed out and new logs will be winded right afterwards. the cores can be changed to any sizes within one minute.
2.Automatic unloading system with mechanical arms pushing the products out. the minimum diameter of the product is 60mm.
3.Automatic trimming,gluing and sealing at one time. the machine adopts international popular trimming and sealing technology which leaves 10-18mm tails of the roll, reducing waste and cutting down the costs.
4.Advanced PLC programmable control technology is used to produce winding rolls which are tight at the beginning and getting loose along the way to avoid the problem that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage.
5.Automatic detection of paper break and tie. the machine is monitored under high speed operation to guarantee the normal running.
6.Coreless rewinding system changed the traditional method and achieved coreless production, reducing manpower and producing nicer products.
7.High-precision screwy perforation knife of four blades is equipped to make clear perforating, lower noises and wider range of the gear box.
8.Three-layers unwinding unit with pneumatic paper roll loading and wide belt paper transmission is set and individual tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
9.Frontal and back inching switch is set to drive the paper to make easier and safer operation.
