Mica heaters are an excellent choice when cost and performance supersede substrate flexibility.  Mica is a rigid substrate able to withstand very high temperatures and are suited for applications up to 500°F (260°C). Mica heaters can be configured in a wide range of sizes and watt densities. Mica heaters offer several distinct advantages over other flexible heater technologies, including extremely low leakage, lower material costs, and higher operating temperatures.

Typical applications are air heaters, enclosure systems, food service equipment, process and packaging equipment.   Mica Heaters can easily be designed to accommodate a variety of components such as thermostats, thermal fuses, thermocouples, thermistors, RTDs, or specialty wiring harnesses.

                    Yes, you can.  as heaters are standard goods, so you can buy one or two samples.

                    Please offer the specification of the product, such as, size, power and quantity.

· What's the trade term and payment term?

 

                   30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated. 

· What about the lead time?

                    It depends on quantity. Normally 3 to 7 workdays. 

· how can i know if my goods have been shipped?

                    Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. Once shipped.

· What shipping method can i choose? how about the shipping time of each option?

                   DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

· how do you compute the shipping charges?
