Cereal seeds selection rate more than 95% selection machine is the multi functional grain cleaner sorting separating dust machine which working on gravity platform combine the air blower and different screen decks. It is mainly used for sieving and cleaning of the grain seeds like wheat, barley, corn, beans, paddy, cotton seed and camellia.It is to clean dust, leaf, light impurities and separate the grain seed in three grades: big size, medium size and small size. this machine can also separate the moldy empty seed and stone which has different size with grain seed. It's cleaning rate could be 98%.

Feeding the grain material by grain auger /belt conveyor/ bucket elevator into the grain cleaner inside, the light impurities can be sucked out by air blower and top axial flow fan system; after that the gravity platform will make good seed and bad seed separate by different weight; the heavy seed move to the triple screen decks while the light bad seed go back and sucked out by back air blower system. Working on by the vibration motor, the triple screen decks will sorting the seed by its different seed size. Then the good cleaning seeds will be discharged from 2 layer outlet, and the large and small impurities will be removed and separated into different levels and be out from different dust outlet.
