        All Process of this plant is operated under a low pressure and is used to generate purified Oxygen and nitrogen from air through cryogenic rectification. the feeding air Is firstly liquefied by the refrigeration produced by turbo-expander and then Rectified two times on the basis of different boiling points between liquid Oxygen and liquid nitrogen. In the end, oxygen purity can be over 99.6% while Nitrogen over 99.99%, which can both be obtained from the plant. If required, The plant can also produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen separately by means of modified operation.

the plant includes molecular sieve purification system, with A normal flow and cryogenic process.
