CTY series wet permanent magnetic drum pre-separator is a wet magnetic Separator, which designed for the mineral ores to preselect and Discard the tailings before grinding. 

Feature:              

-- the feed Box is equipped with the material mixed device to make the materials into the Tank body evenly and continuously.

-- Excellent Wear-resistant performance and long life expectancy, relying on the Wear-resistant layers of the inner of tank and the outside surface of drum.

-- the Diameter of selected minerals can reach up to16 mm.

-- the Magnetic minerals in the tailings are reduced apparently. It can be reduced by 1-3% than the normal separation.

-- Adopting 138wrap angle to prolong the separation process and improve the concentrate Grade about 2-35%.

-- the liquid Keep in a certain height in the tank. It is easy to recycle magnetic materials in this way.

Packaging Details:
Pack each window with aluminum foil band and PVC film to protect against scratches. 
2. Use wood pallet and frames to fix the windows to avoid collision or shaking. 
3. Use packing strap to fasten the pallets. 
4. Load the pallets with forklifts. Put airbags between pallets to avoid collision.
