Description
Mesh belt steam treatment furnace is mainly applied for steam blacken treatment of powder metallurgy ferrous parts to improve the anti-corrosion performance of part surface, such as automobile and motor-cycle gear, connecting bar and other hardware.
Technical Features
1. Steam treat furnaces take advantage of steam to do blacken process, which is friendly to environment without any pollution.
2. Module type heating element is used, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement without stop the furnace.
3. All fiber refractory structure guarantees faster heating rate and less energy consumption.
4. Mesh belt sintering furnace uses hanging roof structure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of muffle.
5. It has functions of remote control operation, remote malfunction diagnosis and remote program update functions.
