through the process of melting and Pouring various elements into slab form, the resuIting steel is broken down, Heated and passed through rollers until the specified thickness is met. Thicknesses range from 3/16" up through 4" thick. the stainless steel Plate is then reheated for annealing, and cleaned by sandblasting or acid Dipping. The stainless steel plate will then be cut to your desired size.

A martensitic chromium-nickel-copper Precigltation hardening stainless steel, SST 15-5 is a very clean material with Minimum imperfection. this grade is also known as type 630 and works well for Cutlery and pharmaceutical application.  Aerospace and aircraft Manufacturing utilizes SST 17-4 for use in FAA approved machine shops as well as General line machine and service centers. this martinistic, precipitation Hardening grade contains 17% chromium and 4% nickel, and is optimal for Aircraft parts.   Bebon Steel  also supplies stainless steel plate in SST 303. this free machining grade is optimal for cutting tool efficiency and small Component manufacturing.
