Usage of JHT fuse switch disconnector

with rated isolation voltage AC 800V, rated working voltage 690V, 400V, rated frequency 50~60Hz and rated working current 4A~630A, JHG fuse switch disconnectors are mainly used in the distribution circuit and motor circuit with high short circuit current, and used as power switch, disconnecting switch and emergency switch, and also used for protecting AC circuit, but not used for turning on and off single motor directly.

JHT fuse switch disconnector is with three-pole and four-pole fully insulated closed structure. the whole shell is made of high strength flame-retardant material and has good insulation and protection performance. the operation handle is above the cover, which ensures the safety and reliability, and it's easy to operate. the switch cover is made by transparent panel, which makes internal working state observably. the switch cover can be taken down easily, fuse link is hanged on the lid, easy to replace.

 

with the advanced contact system, when the switch is switched off with load, the current will automatically shift to the arc striking angle, equipped with excellent arc extinguishing chamber, the switch can be reliably broken, the contact surface is seldom ablated, and the switch is stable.

the installation method of the switch is fixed. When adopt the fixed installation method, the in-and-out terminal of the switch can be connected with the bus bar, and it can also be connected with the cable directly if with the special connection terminal.

Each component of the switch adopts a socket combined structure, which is convenient for maintenance. When the switch load end is provided with a frame type or a plastic case type circuit breaker for line protection, the switch shall replace the fuse with the disconnected knife and be used as the disconnected switch.
