Packing:

1.Every single casket product is strictly inspected by our factory QC personnel before packing into the carton box.

2. Each casket is wrapped with plastic film with extra foam for corner protection. Strong plywood end caps are used to protect the product from damage. 1pc/carton.

3. All the necessary protection are in place to prevent package breakage during transportation and stocking.

2.   Q: What is the material for your products?

A: We have fiber board, veneer, solid wood, such as paulownia, fir, poplar, pine, birch, cedar, ash, oak, walnut, cherry, mahogany etc.

3.   Q: Can I order a mixture of casket models?

A: Yes. You can order any number for any model. but it would make more sense to make an order that can make best use of a container. and it will also help you get the caskets in a shorter time if you order single kind of model in large number.

4. Q: If our caskets arrived damaged, what should we do?
 A: If our caskets arrived in damaged condition, please show us the photos which will help us understand how the damages happened and how to avoid in future. And we will resend you new ones if the damaged caskets cannot be repaired.
     

5. Q: What will you do if the paint needs repair?
 A: We have prepared touch-up paint set for you. All you have to do is to pick up the right color and repair with little brush.
