 Warranty

1. TWO years free warranty for the whole set of machine

2. Lifelong maintenance service and Technical support, Within lifelong maintenance, we will charge the cost price when change the component.

3. If your item has been damaged in transit or become faulty when you receive the machine, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem. Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, any the damage except DOA (Dead-on-Arrival) would not be covered if it's your fault.

4. 24 hours after sales service: our skilled engineer will help customer to solve the problem by SKYPE, QQ, Whatsapp etc.

Training

the supplier is responsible for training 1-2 operation staffs to Installation and operation by video. or  buyer can assign staffs to come to factory to learn installation and operation before delivering the machine. but the cost of meal,hotel fare, and the air tickets would be in the buyer's account.

OEM Service

Customized and OEM orders are welcomed according to over 10 years professional experiences.

All the OEM service are free, customers only need to provide us with your LOGO, drawings, function requirements, colors etc, and No MOQ requested.

Quality Control

during the materials purchasing and production time, we have strictly and skilled inspection team for all the procedure.

Before shipments, all the finished machine must be inspected by our QC department and engineering department.

Payment Terms

30% T/T paid in advance after order confirmed, the balance of 70%  should be paid before shipment.

Irrevocable L/C at sight  will be acceptable.
