E4043 is a kind of aluminum silicon alloy electrode with Salt type coating. USing DC reverse, fast short-arc welding.Its versatility is bigger, the characteristic is the anti crack performance is good, the melt deposited metal has certain mechanical strength.

Silicon aluminum, good crack resistance and wide range of usage. Welding of aluminum alloys other than aluminum magnesium alloys.

Notes:

1.the welding electrode is very easy to damp, it should be stored in a dry sealed container, in order to prevent deterioration; Before welding the welding electrode must be baked at about 150  for 1h.

2.Before welding should be the plate, and according to the welding thickness preheated to 200 200~300 Then welding, the welding process, welding should be vertical welding surface, the arc should be as short as possible, the replacement of electrodes must be done quickly.

3.Before welding must remove grease and impurities, after welding slag should be carefully removed, and with steam or hot water washed clean.
