Grinding Polished titanium wire is grinded by Grinding Machine,it needs cutted to special length at first and then straightened,and then grinding it to demanded diameter,it generates wastes of material and additional grinding fees,so price is higher.
but diameter tolerance can be controled to be very accurate and even much smaller like 0.005mm.
