Print head
Adopting new 4-8 Toshiba internal heating industrial print head, variable ink droplet technology, the minimum ink Droplet is 7pl and maximum is 21pl, ink droplets are more intensive, be able to print 2pt texts clearly, the print head life Time is about 3-4 years.
Anti-collision device
the carriage can automatically stop when collides with the media. so the print head and carriage can be protected.
UV-LED lamp curing system
Many factories use mercury lamp with high power consumption, the lifetime is about 2000 hours only. Before printing, it needs at least 3-5 minutes for preheating, the light is white and it'S harmful to our health.
but our printer uses imported UV LED lamp, it is Eco-friendly and lower power Consumption; the life time is more than 30,000 hours. (15 times of mercury lamp) What'S more, the light of UV LED lamp is very soft and there is no harm to Human.
